Position overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate is passionate about talent acquisition, has a background in tech recruitment, and is ready to contribute to our growing company.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions, with a focus on development roles.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our company.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain candidate databases.
• Coordinate and conduct initial interviews, and assist with final interviews.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
• Contribute to employee welfare and administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist in managing office operations and administration.

Job requirements

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the tech industry.
• Proven experience in recruiting for development positions.
• Strong interviewing skills and experience in candidate evaluation.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Advantage: Experience in employee welfare and administration.
• Advantage: Experience in international recruitment.
• Advantage: Proficiency in Russian.
